　何になるか、何を経験するか 　自分が何になるか、何を経験するかは、「何を観ようとしているのか」という意図次第で決定します。例えば、喜びを観ようとしているか。あるいは被害者意識から憐憫を見ようとしているか。 　それは「どの（ような）ラジオ番組を聴こうとしているか」に似ています。意図していない場合もあるかもしれませんが、日々の勤めや欲、競争心や将来の不安、過去の悲嘆、日ごろ慣れ親しんだパターンなどに漫然と従っている場合は多くあるはずです。ラジオを聞き流しているときのように。むしろ意識してそれを選択することのほうが稀であると思われます。聞いたこともないラジオ番組をあえて選ぼうというより、少しでも馴染みのある上記のような経験に焦点を当てて過ごそうとするほうが至って自然です。特に、欲を手放そうとか、プライドを諦めようとか、恥や罪悪感に向き合って対処しようとする意図はまるで”常軌を逸している”ごとく稀です。 　誠実さ、中立性、意欲、受容を養って、理知を備えてゆくことの大切さ。そしてその先へ進もうと思うならば、手塩にかけたその理知すらも手放す必要があります。障り、重荷になるからです。思考も予期も諦めて、じたばたせずに静かに成り行きを眺めていようと「選択」することは、”設備としての理知”自身には”選択”できません。その道へ踏み入ることは、より大きな存在への信頼、より偉大な存在の慈愛に対する確信がなくては遂げられません。 　逆に言えば、”選択しよう”とせずにいれば、「”選択”を放棄しよう」と「選択」できれば、自然と最善の調和は自ずから展開することができます。それが元来の私たちの本質であるからです。「自己」について、神について、”知る”べきことは一つもありません。「自己」ではないものを全て放棄することで、そのものになれば自ずと、「自ず」と「知」られるからです。 「何を聴こうかもう選ばない」となれば何であれ、予期することを離れて楽しみに待つことができます。その向こうに、チューニングをも去った「静寂」を知ります。全ては「静寂」という基盤によって”聞こえて”いたのだと知るのです。 　何になるかの問いは、「本来、何であるのか」ということに還りつくことで、自然と溶けてなくなります。 　そもそも「それ」であるからです。 　”そうではないもの”になろうとする努力を全て放擲するだけです。 　経験すること自体、全てが「自分」であり、それはすなわち「認識」そのものです。

Quitting worrying over physicality, adhering to accumulation of wealth or suffering for one’s desire, trusting the intuition completely, no physical condition matters. 　Thirst Know that it never brings one happiness even if one gets the things one desired. The illusion which is believed that “material comforts” or “physical experiences” would be the source of joy shall keep one’s body burning as an Existential Distress until one surrender them. Since One is not a “physical body,” it is felt  as though one’s body were blazing. 　The Mystery Being The mystery of Being arises out of the exact perspective itself which makes mysteries of being. Questions never dissolve as long as one stands on that foothold. Within a realm that which is based on “questioning” called intellect / logic, one is going to gain numberless, subdivided “answers / realities” and shall not realize. Rising above the limitation of the “questioning,” which is merely a bodily function, transcending the narrowed viewpoint, finally the blessing, not a mystery, of Being is known, granted, appreciated and is truly Comprehended.
